Kiribati - Skills Training in Critical Care Nursing

This project involved the delivery of competency-based theoretical and practical training in critical care nursing.

The key activity of the project was the preparation, delivery and evaluation of a skills-training workshop as an introduction to Critical Care Nursing for Adults and Children, in collaboration with the Kiribati School of Nursing.
The workshop focused on basic principles, guidelines and standards for the delivery of critical care nursing, with a focus on both theory and clinical practice so as to enable nurses to provide safe and competent care to patients.
